The belived reaseon is becuse the realsed music video (directied by Dr. Hyp Willams)"Hate Me Now" feat. Puffy and Nas tied to a corss in a mock crusifing sence. Puffy and 2 unidentfided men repealtedly beat up the Nas's producer and now are being chared with 2nd dergge alsult and criminal miscift wich Puffy can be servering 7 years in prison.
